This works only with "two swing" weapons. If your character swings your weapon in one direction and follows up with a swing in another direction(kind of a combo swing), it's a two swing weapon.

If you got a two swing weapon, place it in your hot bar and spam that button. The first (combo) swing should go off every 0.5 seconds.
