Here's a short sample strategy, enjoy:
44 as bridge

Quick tip: to use a 44 as a bridge - get a 41 on the team that will sit in mish (since the 41 is too low for xp, it will not take away from the other team members, but the 44 and the person that 44 is sidekicking will get tons of xp)

best way to go about this:
1 - a fire/kin or invuln/fire tank doing the pl'ing
2 - the 41 on team, sitting there (works great as a filler too)
3 - the 44, bridging
4 - the 43, getting tons of xp

since there is only 'really' 3 people on the team, expect to see the xp jump about double what you would normally get if the bridge was 46.
