How fast do I gain access with a paid subscription?

Instantly. The second our payment processing company has verified your payment, an account will be created automatically and the login details will be sent to the e-mail address you specified within seconds. If you do not receive your user name and password within 10 minutes after signing up, please contact us via our contact form.

How long does it take to evaluate a submission?

We usually have submissions checked and tested by a content expert for a specific game before it gets rewritten and reformatted by our staff editor. This way we ensure a high quality level for all submissions in regards to content and style. The process takes between 3 and 7 days on average for strategies and guides. Bugs and exploits are evaluated much faster and on a priority basis to ensure that they reach the audience as soon as possible.

Are non-text (e.g. video guides) submissions allowed?

Yes, any quality submissions are accepted. If you compiled a great video or screenshot walk-through, please feel free to submit a link to it through the strategy/exploit submission form. If you are uncertain whether a submission fits in or if you want to inquire in advance if a certain submission gets you a free account, please feel free to drop us a note and ask any questions you might have via our contact form.

Does a subscription include access to all forums?

Yes, all subscriptions are valid for all games. If you decide to switch games or play multiple games at once you can take advantage of the complete know-how on the site.

Are there any additional benefits?

From time to time we provide specials for our members which range from beta invites to custom character commissions. The benefit of joining the community is not limited to verified exploits and strategies.

How many people work for Strategy Freaks?

We have three paid full-time staff members and additional volunteer moderators for each game. Our core staff researches and tests new strategies and exploits and is responsible for evaluating user submissions. Our moderators help out with general tasks in the forum, add some of their own content and assist in answering user questions.

I did not receive my password - what should I do?

If you made a mistake on your sign-up form or did not receive your password within 10 minutes after payment, please contact us through our contact form. We'll look into your account right away and see to get you online on our forums within a few minutes.

I am unable to log in - what am I doing wrong?

If you do not see any forums or an empty page after logging in, that usually means that there is a problem with the board cookie. Make sure your browser settings allow you to accept cookies, log out and click on the reset cookie link. You should now be able to access our forums without any further problems.
